Nuance® issues a 90 day warranty on the PowerMic® II, which begins on the date of purchase. If you have a warranty claim, or need a repair, please contact your Nuance reseller for assistance. You may also contact Nuance directly, using the contact information provided here. Be advised that they will not have a record of your purchase unless you bought your PowerMic directly from them.
