Synopsis: I’ve programmed my Philips SpeechMike to navigate through my templates in Dragon NaturallySpeaking. When I press the Fast Forward button, it will go to the Next Field but then it turns off my micrphone.
Issue: Philips has assigned specific functionality to some of the button on the Philips SpeechMike.
Resolution: We will need to reconfigure the button functionality of the Philips SpeechMike.
Step 1: Reset the Philips SpeechMike to its default settings. This can be done through the Philips Device Control Center.
Step 2: Open the Philips Device Control Center. go to Device > Button Configuration.
Step 3: Change the Forward Button to the Insert/Overwrite and the Insert/Overwrite to the Forward button. 
Step 4: Click Apply.
