There is no Philips Dictation Recorder app or Dictation Hub mechanism for ‘turning off’ author email notifications: they are activated by default in the server account. For security purposes, it was decided that a user would want to know that their dictation has actually been received for processing.
If you would like full control over your mobile dictations, features and settings, we recommend that you consider the on-premise Philips MobileServer solution.
