Yes, mobile users using the Philips Dictation Recorder App V2.1.2 have the option to use the HTTP feature found in the recorder application to access their recordings on a computer.

In order for it to work, the iPhone must be using WiFi connection as the computer accessing the files.  The Port, Username and Password are selected and entered by the user once they HTTP Server feature is enabled within the App.

As long as they are both on the same network (on the same subnet) and the iOS device using WiFi, it will work whether the computer is connected wirelessly or via Ethernet cable.
