As stated in the Philips SpeechExec Enterprise Workbook for Administrators 4.1

“..When creating a group that is required for SpeechExec Enterprise, make sure it hasGlobal scope to avoid incompatibility issues..”

AD groups created by SpeechExec Enterprise Manager always haveGlobal scope and wouldn’t be compatible toDomain local orUniversal groups.  If for some reason you need your groups to be „Domain local or „Universal, entirely create your own AD structure with group scope „Domain local or „Universal.

This means do not use the AD Group creation feature of Enterprise Manager but rather create the AD Groups manually.
