While trying to create users from AD Groups within the Philips SpeechExec Enterprise Manager v4.1, on a Terminal Server, I receive an error message stating:

The specified domain either does not exist or could not be contacted.

The problem appears to be with the local admin account that is being used.  In order to access Active Directory, you need to use a domain account created and added to the local administrators group on the server.  I recommend logging in as the SEE Manager Account created as described in the Philips SpeechExec Enterprise Best Practices Installation Guide.
