Sometimes when you update a user’s name you may receive an errorLicense request failed in the Philips SpeechExec Enterprise v 4 client software even after removing and reentering the user in SEE. To resolve this problem simply remove the user configuration .XML file located in thePhilips SE Enterprise/Configuration/User Configuration folder. Once the XML file has been removed add the user once again and you should no longer receive the error. If you continue to receive this error please contact your Philips SEE service provider.
