This is caused by another device detector running on your computer. You will need to stop this process before continuing with the Olympus DSS Player Pro installation. Go to your Task Manager and stop all processes that have device detector in the name.
You may have to expand the columns to see the full names. From experience, I know that FTR & BlackBerry have device detectors.
