Yes, there is an Olympus Dictation Management System (ODMS) 6 software update disc. The AS-7003 (Dictation) and AS-7004 (Transcription) update disc will only work if it detects an r5 installation. Note that you will not be able to use this upgrade disc on a Windows 8 computer since it requires an r5 current install.
