Question: If I have an existing license for the Olympus Dictation Recorder app, do I need to purchase a second license to use it on a second device? How can I add that second device to my account? Do I need to use a different email address for the second device?


Answer: One license is only good for one device. You can remove the current device from that license and associate a new device to the same license, using the same credentials and email you entered on the previous device. If you need more than one device using the Olympus app at the same time, you will need more than one license.

If you purchase additional licenses, you will need a different email for each license you want to use.
