Question: How do I set the Time and Date on the DS-2200 digital voice recorder?

Set the hour:

  1. Press the DISPLAY/MENU button and scroll to TIME&DATE using the FF or REW button.
  2. Press PLAY to display the hour (flashing).
  3. Press the FF button or REW button to set the hour.
  4. Press the PLAY button to accept the hour.
  5. You can choose between 12- and 24-hour display by pressing the DISPLAY/MENU button while setting the hour and minute.
    Example: 5:45 PM
    5:45PM = 17: 45
    (initial setting)

Set the minute:

  1. Press the DISPLAY/MENU button and scroll to TIME&DATE using the FF or REW button.
  2. Press PLAY twice to display the minute (flashing).
  3. Press the FF button or REW button to set the minute.
  4. Press the PLAY button to accept the minute.

Set the year:

  1. Press the DISPLAY/MENU button and scroll to TIME&DATE using the FF or REW button.
  2. Press PLAY three times to display the year (flashing).
  3. Press the FF button or REW button to set the year.
  4. Press the PLAY button to accept the year.

You can choose the order in which the year, month, and day are shown by pressing the DISPLAY/MENU button while setting them.

Set the month:

  1. Press the DISPLAY/MENU button and scroll to TIME&DATE using the FF or REW button.
  2. Press PLAY four times to display the month (flashing).
  3. Press the FF button or REW button to set the month.
  4. Press the PLAY button to accept the month.

Set the date:

  1. Press the DISPLAY/MENU button and scroll to TIME&DATE using the FF or REW button.
  2. Press PLAY five times to display the month (flashing).
  3. Press the FF button or REW button to set the date.
  4. Press the PLAY button to accept the date
