While assessing technical issues, it may be helpful to view the System Information File on your PC.  If you are requested to submit a System Information File, follow the directions below to access it.
Step 1: Go to Start > Run
Step 2: Type: msinfo32

Once the System Information File is open, go to File > Save As and save the file to your desktop.  Attached and submit to technical support representative.
