The Olympus DSS Player Pro R5.0.14 Patch0003 is now available for download. R5.0.14 Patch 0003 resolves an ‘Unhandled Exception’ error message reported by users in the field. Olympus reports that the issue was caused by memory leak and has now been addressed.
The patch can be downloaded from the eDist FTP site or from the Olympus Pro Portal. We recommend that all users running DSS Player Pro Release 5 apply this update immediately.
