Available as a free download, Olympus has recently released an update to their Device Configuration Manager, commonly referred to as DCM. The DCM allows users to customize or reprogram the DirectRec and RecMic USB Microphone Series, which is especially useful when working with third-party applications like Dragon Medical Practice Edition and Dragon NaturallySpeaking.
DCM Version 3.0.0 now allows Central Management when used with the RecMic Administration Center (sold separately). A new Setup Wizard is now included for easy initial setup and De-activation of Application Control for Integrators. Additionally, users can customize the mouse functionality for left or right-handed use. Users will also be presented with the ability to Click Lock for easier drag and drop action.
