Unfortunately no, you cannot program a Philips LFH-2310 Foot Pedal through the Philips SpeechExec Pro or Enterprise Transcribe software. As the LFH-2310 has a 3 pedal design, this limits the functionality a bit, which is why you are unable to customize the pedal operation using the Foot Control Wizard.
If you would like a programmable foot pedal with multiple customization options, I recommend the Philips LFH-2330 as it has a 4 pedal design and provides for flexibility for typists.
