Problem:
I’m not able to pair the PowerMic Mobile app (iPhone/Android) with Dragon Medical Direct. I’m running Windows XP/Vista and have SoD.exe v2.1 installed.
Resolution:
This is because PowerMic Mobile is only supported on Windows 7, 8, 8.1, and 10. Also note that the client-side application, PowerMic Mobile PC (for Dragon Medical Network Edition) will only work on Windows 7 or 8.
